SY Fisheries is currently focused on live lobster ronggeng (Panulirus ornatus), a premium seafood product from Indonesia, highly prized in export markets such as China and Hong Kong for its vibrant appearance, sweet meat, and excellent survival rate during live shipment from regions like Papua, Maluku, and Sulawesi.
